Accepting Applications

Baytown Blue Santa will begin accepting applications at the Baytown Police Department on November 4, 2023 from 9am to 4pm. and November 5, 2023 from 9am to 4pm.

Baytown Blue Santa will be limited to 150 families.

If you received help from Baytown Blue Santa in 2022 you will not qualify for assistance in 2023

If you apply at another local program after being approved by Baytown Blue Santa you may be disqualified from one or more programs.

When you turn in your application you must show (1) of the following verification items that has the same name and address as on the application;

·       Driver’s license

·       State ID card

·       Rental/Lease Agreement

·       Current Utility Bill.

Applications will NOT be accepted without the verification item.

You must also show 1 of the following for each child listed on the application:

·       birth certificate

·       social security card

·       student ID.

Incomplete applications will be denied. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. Applications will be handed out and collected between 9am-4pm each day.

Baytown Blue Santa comenzará a aceptar aplicaciones en el Departamento de Policía de Baytown el 4 y 5 de noviembre 2023 dentro las horas de 9 a.m. y 4 p.m.

Baytown Blue Santa estará limitado a ayudar a 150 familias nada mas.

Si recibió ayuda de Baytown Blue Santa en 2022, no calificará para recibir asistencia en 2023.

Si aplica para otro programa local después de haber sido aprobado por Baytown Blue Santa, es posible que lo descalifiquen de uno o más programas.

Cuando entregue su aplicacion, debe mostrar (1) de los siguientes elementos de verificación que tenga el mismo nombre y dirección que en la aplicacion;

·       Licencia de conducir

·       tarjeta de identificación estatal

·       Contrato de alquiler/arrendamiento

·       Factura de servicios públicos actual.

NO se aceptarán aplicaciones sin el elemento de verificación.

También debe mostrar 1 de los siguientes por cada niño en la aplicación:

·       certificado de Nacimiento

·       tarjeta de seguro Social

·       Identificación del Estudiante.

Aplicaciones que no mantengan las cosas notadas la aplicación no será aceptada. Aplicaciones no se aceptarán fuero de los tiempos notados. Por favor entreguen las aplicaciones en departamento de policía de Baytown dentro las horas de 9a.m y 4p.m el dia 4 y 5 de Noviembre 2023.

Wrap Day

Saturday December 9th at 10:00am

We will meet at our space at 111  YMCA Drive in Baytown, across the road from the police department and begin the process of wrapping all of the gifts. If you would like to volunteer show up at the above location during the time posted and we will find something for you to help do.

*Since we do not know ahead of time how many volunteers we will have, when they will arrive or how many families we will provide for, we are unable to guarantee there will be something for everyone to do. Jobs will be presented on a first come, first serve basis
